A lift is a safety-critical machine that runs thousands of trips a month. Regular preventive maintenance keeps it safe, reduces breakdowns and extends its working life.
Monthly is the right rhythm
We recommend a full check every month. Our technicians follow an 18-point checklist covering the shaft, landing doors, the cabin and the machine room.
- Guide rails lubricated and ropes evenly tensioned
- Limit switches, safety switches and photocell tested
- Door contacts, rollers and guide shoes inspected
- Control box cleaned and motor and gear checked
Do not forget the generator
If your lift relies on a generator during power cuts, it needs the same attention: mobil, filters, radiator, battery, voltage and RPM should all be checked monthly.
